This hotel exceeds exceptional hospitality and comfort. Excellent service from all staff - reception, housekeeping, restaurant, security - everyone was helpful and courteous - they all made our stay much better. They were very accommodating to us as a non-Indian family. Especially Nisha from salon, fantastic service and a young gentleman at reception who was always kind and respectful to our toddler - please acknowledge him, sorry we didn't catch his name. The restaurant was great, good selection of breakfast choices and in room dinning options great. Excellent, quiet room facilities with good air con, very spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping excellent. Comfortable beds. Loved the coffee machine and complimentary minibar. Great gym equipment. Small supermarket and local eateries nearby. Overall, we would definitely stay again - the people really made our stay, thank you so much.

Rooms were excellent, food was delicious and the staff were all absolutely incredible. Every member of staff genuinely could not do enough for you and made the entire stay easy and comfortable, even helping to sort things that we were doing during our stay and translating with external companies for us. Would rebook in a heartbeat the next time we visit the country.

A very modern hotel. We got there at about 7pm and check in was easy. The rooms were large and clean with good bathroom facilities. WiFi was fine and our teenagers were happy to explore. The restaurant had a good menu and the food enjoyable.

I must say the breakfast was truly exceptional. The spread was extensive, featuring a variety of dishes that catered to all tastes, from local delicacies to continental options. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. The dining area was spotless, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, the breakfast experience at Golden Tulip was exceptional, setting a great start to the day. Highly recommended!

If I compare this hotel.with Ramada kapurthala, it's amazing 👏 staff was super we arrived at 2am had no issues was swiftly checked in. The restaurant staff was all great Shiv was very good 👍. They looked after us on our 5 night stay very good hotel to stay. House keeping was on their toes and no delays. Resturants food is nice.

breakfast was great... nice variety....Staff really polite, always accommodating from front desk, to restaurant staff to security staff. Room was always cleaned, and fresh on my return, WIFI is great. Menu is exceptional and great variety. Chefs come out and see if you like the food and change any requirements you wish. Tea is really nice and the biscuits you get with it are exceptional. The owner eats in the restaurant so you need food is always on point. Dessert are really nice.

I loved the room. It was spacious, modern, and tasteful with great views of the city. I particularly liked the clever use of a window between the bathroom and bedroom. I'd say it's the best hotel I've been to in years. Hospitality was exceptional, and the food was great. The front desk was always available and helpful as well as the rest of the staff members. There were lovely little touches, like the complimentary drink and biscuits on arrival and the kind staff member who brought me a cappuccino while I was waiting to be taken to my friend's house. I was in Jalandhar for pre-wedding festivities, so I didn't do any sightseeing or manage to use the hotel facilities, but the location was great and easy to get to and from places.
